1. Editorial scope
In Love With Croatia is an independent editorial publication offering destination guides, itineraries, and travel notes for Croatia. We are not a tour operator, travel agency, hotel reseller, or financial adviser. Information published on the Site is for general guidance only and is not intended as a substitute for professional advice from a licensed travel professional, financial adviser, lawyer, or medical practitioner.
2. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including written editorial, photography, illustrations, graphics, the In Love With Croatia name and logo, and the underlying design and code — is the property of In Love With Croatia or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and read content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, syndicate, translate, modify, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. 3. Affiliate & partner disclosure
The Site may contain links to third-party hotels, tour operators, yacht brokers, private aviation partners, and other travel businesses. Some of these links are commercial referral links: when a reader books with a partner via an introduction made through the Site, we may receive a placement fee or referral commission. These commercial arrangements never influence our editorial opinions. Operators are recommended only when we believe they meet our standard of service. We do not publish paid editorial as independent editorial.
